Access to GestaltMatcher is restricted to verified medical professionals. We perform a verification process before approving accounts to make sure only qualified professionals can use GestaltMatcher.

All data is stored on secure servers with strong encryption, access controls, and continuous monitoring. Only authorized team members can access the infrastructure, and we follow strict privacy and security procedures. Logs are anonymized, and our systems are regularly reviewed to ensure compliance and protect against threats.

If needed, for example when applying for ethical approval, we can provide a certificate that documents our technical and organizational measures (TOMs).
