How do I invite my colleagues to join GMDB?

If you are already registered with GestaltMatcher, you can invite other clinicians directly from your account.

Here is how:

1. Log in to GestaltMatcher Database.
2. Click on your email address in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Select Invite other clinician from the dropdown menu.
4. You now have two options:
   • Click Send invitation and enter the recipient’s email address, or
   • Copy the invitation text and one-time link to paste into your email program or messaging app.

Please note that the invitation link is a one-time token that expires after 7 days. Moreover, each link can only be used once to register.

If you would like to invite several colleagues at once, choose Bulk invite in the same dropdown menu and enter multiple email addresses separated by commas, semicolons, or spaces.
