Where are the GestaltMatcher servers located?

GestaltMatcher Database is hosted on servers located at the University Hospital Bonn. GestaltMatcher AI is hosted on Microsoft Azure using a containerized environment in an Azure region within the European Economic Area (EEA).

We offer an on-premise solution that allows you to run GestaltMatcher AI locally within your own IT infrastructure. With our on-premise solution, the photos you are analyzing stay within your local IT environment and are not sent to our servers.
