We welcome collaborations across clinical, research, and industry sectors:

For healthcare professionals, contributing cases to GestaltMatcher Database helps expand our collective knowledge base and can be recognized through a micro-publication, complete with a DOI for citation. We are especially interested in cases with longitudinal data (photos taken at different ages), family data (siblings or parents), and multimodal data, such as radiology images (hand X-rays, structural brain MRI) or ophthalmology images (fundoscopies).

We offer dedicated services and partnerships for industry partners. For pharmaceutical companies, we offer consulting for patient-finding initiatives and can facilitate Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs) through our affiliation with the University Hospital Bonn. For genetic laboratories, we provide integration of our AI into variant interpretation workflows. We also work with variant interpretation software providers to enhance their platforms with advanced phenotypic analysis.
